Marisol has built and led ergonomics programs at Toyota, Amazon Web Services, Liberty Mutual, and Vibrantz—working across the U.S. and globally. From automotive manufacturing floors to data centers, chemical manufacturing facilities, and everything in between, she has partnered with organizations of all sizes to solve real-world challenges and improve work.
Long before “innovation” became a buzzword, Marisol explored how emerging technologies could improve ergonomics and safety. She established and led a safety innovation function during the early evolution of wearable and data-driven solutions, helping organizations move thoughtfully from curiosity to successful adoption.
Marisol holds both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Cornell University. She brings a practical, human-centered approach to her work—bridging experience, evidence, and innovation to help organizations move forward with confidence.
